About the space
A space that inspires
The newly renovated business building has a separate entrance and sits inside the Jadran Film complex, the oldest and most significant film studio in Croatia with almost 80 years of tradition.
The ground floor and first floor can operate independently or as one connected unit, with access to an internal courtyard and atrium. The modular room structure supports offices, classrooms, conference rooms, ateliers and multi-purpose production spaces.
The building is heated and cooled with an inverter system, equipped with complete IT infrastructure and optical network access, and connected to a high-capacity private transformer station.
